Coaches Marc Lapointe - Denysewych and Bohdan Kaluzny are optimistic that
Ukraina will have a strong team for the Summer league as they have already
many familiar faces from the winter and spring teams signed up.

They are also pleased to welcome new signings Brian Budnaruk, Andrey Pawluk,
Michael Baran, and Mike Herasimenko who will link up with the team in the
summer. The goal for the summer is to have at least 18 Ukrainian players
signed with the team, and to win the Division 4 competitive league championship
as the winner of the league achieves promotion to the Division 3 competitive
league the following season. Our long term goal is to work our way up the
leagues to the top league in Ottawa!
