| Game Summary:
Ukraina were impressive today. The players were committed, had a brilliant warm up, and
came out flying. Our clutch goal scorer Alex Zaslavsky continued his dazzling form scoring
the first goal 3 minutes into the game with a great header into the top of the goal.
AZ was not done, adding his second after a great pass from Danilo in the 11th minute.
Ukraina then lost some focus, and were under some pressure for the rest of the half.
After a quick talk and regaining our composure at half time, Ukraina came out flying once
again on a wondergoal by Bryce Motiuk who hammered a left foot shot from 30 yards in the top
corner. Kemptville got one back about 10 minutes later, but Ukraina were in control as
Danilo Popowych scored straight off a corner to seal the victory for Ukraina.
Matty Kenny was great in goal.
Man Of The Match: Alex Zaslavsky - Scored 2 great goals, held the ball up well, and worked hard all game.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina worked very hard today, playing defensively and hoping to counter attack. A few
chances were spurned, and Bosnia were too strong in the end. It was 0-0 until the 67th minute,
when Bosnia got the goal that killed off Ukraina. It was a great effort, against a very very
strong team. Matty Kenny played well in goal.
Man Of The Match: Dan Popowych - Held the defence together for most of the game, sweeped up well, won some big tackles.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina played probably their best game of the season today despite the outcome. They passed
the ball around like a top quality team, had many chances to score, but were unable to
capitalize on their chances. Bosnia are a top team in the City, and Ukraina showed that they
are that as well by dominating possession and the majority of the scoring chances.
Matty Kenny had a great game in goal.
Man Of The Match: Kenny Porter Ivanchuk - Solid in center midfield, sprayed passes around all game, worked for 90 minutes.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina were brilliant today recovering from a few tough losses last week. This game hopefully will
spark a change in the seasons fortunes. Ukraina were up 2-0 after 6 minutes, on goals by Chris
Arnone and Alex Zaslavsky. Arnone then got his second on a long range strike, and Kenny Porter and
Luke Makischuk combined well for Kenny to bury his second of the season to make it 4-0 at half time.
Ukraina then played some good stuff, holding off the opponent to win the game handily.
Matty Kenny was brilliant in goal.
Man Of The Match: Matty Kenny - Came off his line brilliantly, organized the defence, and had an overall solid game.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina played good soccer today, creating many chances throughout the game. We struggled a bit in the first half to hit
the net and finish out chances, but the positive side is that we were creating many. At halftime it was 0-0 with Ukraina
dominating the game. The breakthrough goal came at 55 minutes when Chris Arnone buried his 3rd goal of the season on a
great far post finish. Ukraina then were pushing for the second goal, and it came through a great control, and clinical
finish from Alex Zaslavsky. Zaslavsky then scored the teams 3rd of the night, his team leading 5th goal of the season.
Matty Kenny got his second straight shutout in the Ukraina goal.
Man Of The Match: Chris Arnone - Scored the breakthrough goal for Ukraina to get the ball rolling, worked tirelessly creating turnovers and had 4 shots on goal.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina came out very poorly in this game going down 1-0 early on in the game. They evened things up on a deflected goal by
Sergey Kovalenkov. Sergey then set up the second goal where Kenny Porter finished well. Half time Ukraina were up 2-1.
Then we came out and scored a good goal by Chris Arnone. We then surrendered another goal making it a tight 3-2 lead.
Danilo Popowych scored a hard low shot to make it 4-2 Ukraina. Bryce Motiuk then scored a goal to make it 5-2 Ukraina
and a short time later, Sergey Kovalenkov got his second to make it 6-2. Mike Herasimenko scored a trademark header to
make it 7-2, and Roman Dzioba, came on and buried a great goal to get his first of the season. This game was the full
return of Scott Makischuk who is playing on his torn acl with a special brace. Matty Kenny didn't have a busy day,
but played well in goal.
Man Of The Match: Luke Makischuk - Lukey ran the right wing all game. He was up and down attacking and defending.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina were without 9 players this game for various reasons, but did not dissapoint battling for 90 minutes and were
unlucky to tie the game. Ukraina were a bit on their back foot early in the game as we struggled to find our composure,
but after 20 minutes we started to settle down and play some good soccer. Half time whistle brought us to the break with
no score. Early in the second half, Ukraina were pressuring when a scramble in the 18 yard box, Alex Zaslavsky performed
an overhead bicycle kick to make the score 1-0 Ukraina. What a goal it was! Ukraina then continued to play fantastic
just missing opportunities to extend our lead. Matty Kenny was absolutely brilliant in goal, making huge saves to keep us
in the game. At the dying minutes of the game, Gatineau were on the receiving end of 2 very lucky bounces with resulted
in them scoring a late equalizer. 1-1 Final. Matty Kenny was brilliant in goal.
Man Of The Match: Sergey Kovalenkov - He covered more ground in this game then anyone can imagine, worked for 90 minutes dying for the cause.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina started very poorly in this match but our keeper Matty Kenny made some great saves to keep us in the game.
Ukraina scored against the run of play to go up 1-0 on a long range lob by Mike Herasimenko. Ukraina went up 2-0
on a goal by all time leading scorer Scotty Makischuk who is playing with a special brace on his knee until his
surgery next month. We were then 3-0 up early in the second half as Chris Arnone latched onto a long throw and
buried home our third. Gloucester pulled one back off of a corner (own goal), but Pascal Bastien buried his first
of the season for Ukraina with girlfriend in attendance! Matty Kenny had a great game in goal and was unlucky
not to record the shutout.
Man Of The Match: Dan Popowych - Playing in behind the defence, Danilo was there to stop any chance of Gloucester getting an attack.

Game Summary - Ukraina played a decent game today. In a very hot day, Ukraina pass the ball around and tried to
play a possession game. There was an early goal on a great strike from Alex Zaslavsky to get Ukraina up 1-0.
Ukraina went up 2-0 on a great team goal finished off by Chris Arnone. After half time Luke Makischuk was on hand
to bury Ukraina's third goal 3-0. Sergey Kovalenkov and an own goal were the remaining two highlights of the game.
Ukraina are now unbeaten in 6 games. Matty Kenny got the shutout in goal.
Man Of The Match: Eric Lapointe - was solid in the air, won tackles, solid distribution from right back.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina passed the ball around very well and played good soccer today. Lacking a bit in the final third, although
it was a relatively easy win. Mike Herasimenko opened the scoring off of a corner with a header at the far post.
The Falcons then tied it up at the 55th minute mark giving Ukraina something to think about. We responded well
9 minutes later when Kenny scored a 20 yard left footed shot in the bottom corner. Ukraina killed the game off in
the 70th minute when Alex Zaslavsky cooly finished a good team move. Matty Kenny played well in goal.
Man Of The Match: Bryce Motiuk - Bryce used his skill well keeping possession, and playing simple effective balls all over the field.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina had a battle on their hands today. with 4 key players out through injury and family reasons, Ukraina would
have to dig deep to beat Kemptville in a must win game. We started very slowly, struggling with the bad pitch and
the hard work of Kemptville. Ukraina went down 1-0 after 15 minutes in the game. This was a blow as now we would
have to chase the game. Kemptville were then awarded a penalty shot and hit the post to save Ukraina's blushes.
Then we started to play a lot harder and put some pressure when Kenny Porter's shot was saved by the keeper and
Jesse Page was on hand to finish for his first career goal for Ukraina in the 42nd minute. The second half was
a tight affair, with both teams flying into tackles desperatly wanting to win. But it was our clutch man,
Alex Zaslavsky who was on hand to bury a good finish under the keeper in the 72nd minute. Ukraina held on and got
the 3 points. Matty Kenny played well in goal.
Man Of The Match: Walter Usyk - Walter owned the left side of defense today shutting down Kemptville's best player. He tackled hard and was brilliant.

Ukraina were working out the cobwebs from the long drive in the morning and didn't play particularly well, but won
a comfortable 2-1 game. Alex Zaslavsky scored the first, Chris Arnone got the second goal. Matty Kenny played
well in goal.

on a brilliant team passing goal. Matty Kenny earned the shutout.

Ukraina Soccer Club record!

Ukraina, decimated by injuries and lacking a full squad did them today losing 2-0. The boys played hard but just
didn't have it in them to overcome the odds. Was a great tournament, the boys with a bit of better luck on the
injury front would have won this tournament in style. Matty Kenny played in goal.
Man Of The Match: Sergey - run himself into the group, never giving up, working until the end

| Game Summary:
Ukraina, in a must win game, had a brilliant first half, passing the ball around very well, hitting a post and
dominated the tackles. Unfortunately we couldn't turn the possession into goals. The second half was similar,
although the standard was dropping and their was no urgency, or determination. The internationals scored on a
counter attack, and Ukraina tried to rally to even the game up, but in the end couldn't do it. Matty Kenny played
well in goal.
Man Of The Match: Jesse Page - Jesse controlled the game with his simple passing, great marking and all around solid game at center back.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina were simply brilliant today. With everything to play for, Ukraina knew what it takes to win big games.
We can out fast and hard and our all time leading scorer Scotty Makischuk got us up early in the game on a great
pass by Andrew Panchuk. Our big man Mike Herasimenko rose to meet a Christ Arnone corner kick to score our second
in the 19th minute. Jon Udell, playing in Center midfield today, scored an absolute cracker from 30 yards to
make it 3-0 in the 25th minute. Then Ukraina started to take it down a notch, and let Kanata back in the game
on a breakaway, and a penalty shot. The second half Ukraina found their form again, with Chris Arnone scoring
to make it 4-2, and win the game relatively comfortably with Matty Kenny snuffing out any attack Kanata had.
Matty Kenny played great in goal.
Man Of The Match: Jon Udell - worked hard for 90 minutes winning tackles, spraying passes all over the pitch, and scored a cracker of a goal.

| Game Summary:
Ukraina were missing 10 players due to surgery, suspension, cottage, injury. It was an unimportant game as
Ukraina had already clinched second place and earned promotion. With that said, Ukraina came to play and play
hard they did. With just 11 players, and injured Danilo in goal and Matty Kenny playing out, Ukraina passed the
ball around very well and dominated early on. Mike Herasimenko scored off of a corner kick scramble.
Kenny Porter, on his farewell game, scored a great curling left footed shot to make it 2-0 Ukraina.
Ukraina gave up a goal right before half but shut down shop after that. Danilo had to come up with a magnificent
save in the dying seconds to preserve the win. Young new boy Alex Steale played his first game for Ukraina.
Man Of The Match: Danilo Popowych - Dan played in goal today, and made some great saves, including a game saver at the end.
